Welcome to RE. By downloading, accessing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using RE.
By accessing or using RE (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use this App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have received permission from your parent or guardian to use the App.

RE provides wellness and breathing cues for relaxation, focus, and nervous system self-regulation. It is NOT a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The App content and biometric metrics are for informational and educational purposes only and must not be used as a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified health provider regarding any medical condition.
Safety Warning: Do not practice breathwork or use RE while driving, operating heavy machinery, swimming, bathing, or in any environment where deep relaxation, dizziness, or lightheadedness could lead to injury.
The App, including its code, user interface, brand assets, logo, designs, and content, is the property of Midnight Pickle and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RE and Midnight Pickle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to use the App or any content provided therein.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our services. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time directly within the App settings. Deletion requests are permanently processed following a 30-day grace period.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
If you downloaded RE from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Midnight Pickle, not Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple and Google are not responsible for the App, its content, maintenance, or technical support.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the Effective Date on this page. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
